Samantha Ashleigh

Samantha Ashleigh is an RYT 500 yoga instructor, inversion junkie, and retreat leader known for her grounded, heart-centered approach to movement and embodiment. With over three decades of experience in dance and creative movement, Samantha weaves strength, fluidity, and mindful awareness into practices that support both physical vitality and nervous system regulation.

Samantha discovered yoga in 2017 and was immediately drawn to its capacity to heal the body, calm the mind, and reconnect individuals to their inner wisdom. Since then, she has completed certifications in Vinyasa, Yin, Sober Curious Yoga, Barre, Aerial Yoga, and Sound Healing, allowing her to offer multidimensional experiences that integrate movement, breath, and vibration. Her teaching emphasizes accessibility, presence, and the power of subtle shifts to create meaningful change.

In addition to teaching classes & workshops, Samantha leads international yoga and wellness retreats designed to help students reconnect with themselves, release stored tension, and move through life with greater ease and clarity. Her offerings invite students to explore not just how poses look, but how they feel… cultivating awareness, resilience, and balance on and off the mat.
