Kelley Peck
Hot Yoga Deland
Kelley is a DeLand native whose journey began through years of dance, shaping her deep appreciation for mindful movement, rhythm, and body awareness. In 2006, while searching for a new way to move her body, she discovered yoga. After just a few classes, she realized the practice offered something far deeper—an energetic and spiritual connection that extended well beyond the physical postures.
In 2018, Kelley completed her training in Dynamic Yoga Barre, followed by her 200-hour teacher training at Kula Yoga Studios in 2019. She is a Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour teacher and is currently working toward her 500-hour certification.
Kelley is passionate about helping students recognize their untapped potential and teaches to all levels with an emphasis on slowing down to find proper alignment, conscious breath, and ease within each posture. Her classes strongly emphasize the energetic aspects of yoga through breathwork, awareness, intention, and subtle sound healing frequencies that complement the practice.
She has also discovered a deep love for teaching kids yoga, creating playful yet meaningful classes that introduce breathwork, balance, grounding, and fun in an accessible way.
Kelley believes the way we move and respond on the mat often mirrors how we show up in our lives, and through awareness and practice, she guides students toward greater presence both on and off the mat.
Kelley is proud to be teaching at Hot Yoga DeLand, where her intention is that every class meets students exactly where they are—leaving them feeling more supported, grounded, and uplifted than when they arrived.
