Hannah Hollis
Hannah began teaching yoga in 2018 and is a 500+ hour certified instructor trained in the Johnny Kest Life Power Yoga lineage, with continued study through Truly Helpful Yoga University and Yoga Renew. Her teaching blends intelligent vinyasa sequencing, breath awareness, and embodied presence, shaped by years of experience teaching in corporate wellness and immersive therapeutic retreat environments.
Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, chakra anatomy, Ayurveda, meditation, and pranayama, Hannah creates grounded, accessible classes for all bodies and life stages. She honors yoga’s ancient roots while thoughtfully integrating modern healing approaches, offering students a space to feel supported, connected, and at home in themselves. When she’s not at the studio, you can find her down the road tending her organic homestead or being mama to her babies.
